Café Deli-icious is a corporate dining facility serving the greater Princeton community, with over 35 years of local culinary history and a successful track record of excellent customer service and innovation. Recently we have changed our name to Cafe Deli-icious which is now operating in three different locations.

My resume speaks for itself. I have been in the Princeton area since 1976 with my first restaurant and have remained faithful ever since. I am still serving pizza to St. Paul's Elementary School which I have been doing ever since 1976 as one of my original customers. I am a very well known chef, catering for local organizations and fund raising with local schools. And I believe that I have set new standards for the food industry through my experience and dedication over the past 30 years. Some of my past caterings have been; The reenactment of the Monmouth Park Battle, where I served 20,000 people over 3 days, numerous corporate and private parties, ranging from bat-mitzvahs, holiday parties, sport banquets, christenings, weddings and etc.

Since 1996 I have operated six corporate cafeterias as Gallery Café, College Park Cafe, three Harmony day care centers, Chicken Inc., Valentino's Café, and Valentino's Pizzeria, serving over 2,000 people daily.
